ADOLESCENTES MARCADOS: VIOLÊNCIA E EMANCIPAÇÃO EM CONTEXTOS DE PRIVAÇÃO DE LIBERDADE
O presente artigo intenciona compreender como se dá a formação da subjetividade em adolescentes privados de liberdade, investigando, em seus discursos, as práticas vividas por eles e para eles, os olhares deles e para eles, os espaços, as relações, a compreensão e elaboração de novos códigos de conduta e comunicação, a formulação de mecanismos de resistência, entre outros. Duas perspectivas nos chamaram atenção: percebe-se o olhar da instituição centrado no discurso da cidadania, da inserção social, da normatização e homogeneização de comportamentos; já pelo olhar dos adolescentes a violência física e simbólica aparece como possível forma de emancipação e resistência. Temos então a materialização da oposição proposta entre a formação da subjetividade pelo assujeitamento ou pela busca de práticas de liberação. Buscamos na obra de M. Foucault alicerces teóricos que venham a elucidar essa experiência, ajudando-nos nessa reflexão sobre essas criações singulares que constroem outros espaços, tempos e práticas em relação ao contexto referido, e na identificação de processos que reproduzem, mas que também constroem movimentos de libertação e autonomia.

Abstract:
This article intends to clarify how the formation of subjectivity takes place in teenagers deprived of liberty, investigating, in their speech, how practices lived by them and for them, their view, spaces, relationships, understanding and elaboration of new codes of conduct and communication, the formulation of resistance mechanisms, among others. Two perspectives take place for our attention: the evaluation from an institution perspective, centered on the speech of citizenship, social insertion, standardization and homogenization of behaviors; on the other hand, looking at the physical and apparent violence of adolescents, a form of resistance is possible. We then have the materialization of the proposed opposition between the formation of subjectivity through submission or the search for liberation practices. We seek in M. Foucault' work the theoretical foundations that will elucidate this experience, helping us in this reflection on these singular creations which build other spaces, as well as practices in relation to the context, and in the identification of processes that reproduce, but which also builds freedom and autonomy movements.
