ADOÇÃO DE CRIANÇAS NEGRAS: PRECONCEITO X A PRÁTICA INCLUSIVA
Apesar da Declaração Universal dos
Direitos Humanos assegurar a toda criança e
adolescente, o cuidado e a segurança contra
qualquer ato que afete a sua dignidade, na
prática existem casos em que esses direitos
são violados. Como ocorrem com menores
afrodescendentes, vítimas de estereótipos
racistas, enquanto aguardam em lares de abrigo
a espera de uma família. Posto isso, o objetivo
desse estudo é mostrar que o preconceito racial
ainda permeia na sociedade e tais práticas
refletem nas crianças no momento da adoção.
Esta pesquisa justifica-se pelo fato desse
impasse servir como um parâmetro de exclusão
e contribuir para a ausência de práticas
inclusivas dos mesmos no âmbito social. Esta
análise fundamenta-se em uma metodologia
bibliográfica, com informações doutrinárias, ao
enfatizar acerca da rejeição desses jovens, em
virtude do fator racial que influencia na escolha
do adotante. Logo, por meio de pesquisas
realizadas pelo Cadastro Nacional de Adoção é
notória a preferência de quem procura um filho,
por crianças brancas e consequentemente
os menores negros permanecem por mais
tempo nesses lares. Todavia, para adotar não
é necessário escolher um filho apenas para se
adequar aos moldes impostos pela coletividade,
esse processo legal envolve carinho e proteção
com o filiado, independente de qualquer etnia.
Destarte, o presente artigo irá abordar acerca da
importância da educação inclusiva advinda da
família multirracial e o desafio em conviver com
críticas preconceituosas referentes à distinção
de raças, a fim de salientar a toda população
que existe amor acima de qualquer julgamento
referente ao preconceito racial.

Abstract:
Although the Universal Declaration
of Human Rights guarantees every child and
adolescent, care and security against any act
that affects their dignity, in practice there are
cases in which these rights are violated. As with
smaller afro, victims of racist stereotypes, while
waiting in shelters for a family.
That said, the purpose of this study is to show
that racial prejudice still permeates society and
such practices reflect on children at the time of
adoption. This research is justified by the fact that
this impasse serves as a parameter of exclusion
and contributes to the absence of inclusive
practices in the social sphere. This analysis is based on a bibliographical methodology,
with doctrinal information, emphasizing the rejection of these young people, due to
the racial factor that influences the choice of the adopter. Therefore, through research
carried out by the National Registry of Adoption (CNA), the preference of those seeking
a child, by white children and, consequently, the black minors, remain longer in these
households. However, to adopt it is not necessary to choose a child just to fit the
mold imposed by the community, this legal process involves caring and protection
with the affiliated, regardless of any ethnicity. Thus, the present article will address the
importance of inclusive education from the multiracial family and the challenge of living
with biased criticisms of race distinctions in order to emphasize to every population that
there is love above any judgment regarding racial prejudice.
