Abstract: This work is the result of studies and debates in the Academic Master's Degree in Social Service, Work and Social Question MASS/UECE - State University of Ceará. In this sense, we understand that the inclusion of students with disabilities in Municipal Schools is't only a matter for the Municipal Department of Education, but also permeates a social question, where we understand that every subject, teacher or student, is a social being with rights, and that each one, with their well-defined role within the school, has responsibility for inclusion in the anti-capacity struggle, and for the schooling of every student that needs to be developed in interaction with their peers in a truly welcoming school in terms of physical structure, teaching materials, technologies assistance and curricular adaptations. In addition to materials and structures, a human, sensitive and unprejudiced welcome.
