Abstract: Researching curriculum is something important within current pedagogical concepts, as it is fundamental for the teaching-learning processes to be assimilated by the various educational agents. Understanding how it was and is elaborated is something challenging, due to the countless changes and situations that society has experienced in the educational field. In addition, understanding how the curriculum has been adapting within this historical context, from the perspective of professional technical education, becomes essential to enhance the inclusion of students in the various aspects and regionalizations that the labor market has, making education truly emancipatory for society.
