As escolas precisam assegurar o direito a aprendizagem de todos os estudantes, principalmente em seus documentos Legais bem como Projeto Político Pedagógico e Regimento Interno, visto que essa ação inclusiva está assegurada na Lei Nº 9394/96 – Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional -1996, especificamente no Capítulo V, Art. 59 menciona que “os sistemas de ensino assegurarão aos educandos com necessidades especiais: I – currículos, métodos, técnicas, recursos educativos e organização específicos, para atender às suas necessidades”. Dessa forma, este artigo tem como objetivo analisar e refletir sobre a importância da Adaptação Curricular no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos estudantes que apresentam dificuldades acentuadas de aprendizagem e/ou deficiência no ensino regular público, a partir da problemática de como está sendo realizada essa inclusão no polo de Alta Floresta-MT. Assim, o trabalho expõe uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa, realizada com 20 professores do ensino público estadual e municipal dos municípios que compõem o polo de Alta Floresta-MT. Os participantes relataram que a prática da Adaptação Curricular precisa ser fortalecida nas unidades escolares. Para que isso ocorra é primordial investir na formação continuada voltada para essa temática, visto que muitos educadores desconhecem essa prática, assim, os resultados da pesquisa indicaram que as equipes gestoras necessitam investir no processo de monitoramento dos planos de ensino dos educadores. Entretanto, verificou-se que a Adaptação Curricular é de suma importante para o desenvolvimento dos estudantes que apresentam dificuldades de aprendizagem e/ou deficiência.

Abstract:
Students who have learning difficulties and / or disabilities need to receive Curriculum Adaptation as an educational response with a focus on overcoming their weaknesses. Schools need to ensure the right to learning for all students, especially in their Legal documents as well as the Pedagogical Political Project and Internal Regulations, as this inclusive action is ensured in Law No. 9394/96 - Law of National Education Guidelines and Bases - 1996, specifically in Chapter V, Art. 59 mentions that “the education systems will ensure students with special needs: I - specific curricula, methods, techniques, educational resources and organization, to meet their needs”. Thus, this article aims to analyze and reflect on the importance of Curricular Adaptation in the teaching and learning process of students who have marked learning difficulties and / or disabilities in regular public education, based on the problem of how this is being carried out. inclusion in the Alta Floresta-MT hub. Thus, the work exposes a qualitative and quantitative research, carried out with 20 teachers of state and municipal public education in the municipalities that make up the Alta Floresta-MT complex. Participants reported that the practice of Curricular Adaptation needs to be strengthened in school units. For this to happen, it is essential to invest in continuing education focused on this theme, since many educators are unaware of this practice, thus, the research results indicated that management teams need to invest in the process of monitoring educators' teaching plans. However, it was found that Curricular Adaptation is extremely important for the development of students who have learning difficulties and / or disabilities.
