ACREDITAÇÃO HOSPITALAR: PANORAMA DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM
Um processo de mudança vai ao encontro de satisfação do cliente, logo em busca da qualidade, percebe-se que ações corretivas, ou seja, a prevenção alcança a causa do problema, e não as suas consequências. Aí se aplica a qualidade, entendida como responsabilidade compartilhada com os integrantes envolvidos no processo. Identificamos as implicações da Acreditação Hospitalar no panorama da enfermagem, com uma revisão bibliográfica na base de dados Literatura da América Latina e Caribe em Ciências da Saúde. Assim foram organizadas 3 categorias, sendo elas: “Planejamento das Ações Assistenciais Relacionadas às Vivências da Enfermagem”, “Complexidade do Trabalho do Enfermeiro Frente ao Stress na Implantação da Acreditação” e “Segurança do Paciente e suas Limitações na Prática”. Este estudo apresentou algumas inquietações frentes à Acreditação Hospitalar na visão dos profissionais da enfermagem e apontou que existem melhorias com a implantação deste programa, porém o desgaste físico e emocional se torna presente.

Abstract:
A process of change meets customer satisfaction, soon in search of quality, it is perceived that corrective actions, that is, prevention reaches the cause of the problem, and not its consequences. There applies the quality, understood as shared responsibility with the members involved in the process. We identified the implications of Hospital Accreditation in the nursing landscape, with a bibliographic review in the Database Literature of Latin America and the Caribbean in Health Sciences. Thus, 3 categories were organized, "Planning care actions Related to Nursing Experiences", "Complexity of NurseS' Work In relation to Stress in the Implementation of Accreditation" and "Patient Safety and their Limitations in Practice." This study presented some concerns regarding Hospital Accreditation in the view of nursing professionals and pointed out that there are improvements with the implementation of this program, but physical and emotional exhaustion becomes present.
