ACOMPANHAMENTO DOS PREÇOS DOS PRODUTOS DA CESTA BÁSICA DO DIEESE NO ANO DE 2019 NO MUNICÍPIO DE ERECHIM – RS
Com o propósito de auxiliar os trabalhadores, quanto as questões relacionadas ao custo de vida e mercado de trabalho, o Departamento Intersindical de Estatística e Estudos Socioeconômicos (DIEESE) mantém, desde 1959 a Pesquisa Nacional da Cesta Básica de Alimentos (PNCBA), que visa avaliar o preço e os itens da cesta básica. O IFRS, ciente da importância deste tema, desenvolveu a pesquisa mensal da cesta básica no município de Erechim/ RS. Foram pesquisados quatorze estabelecimentos e entre os principais resultados da pesquisa, realizada entre os meses de janeiro a dezembro de 2019, têm-se que o preço médio da cesta obteve um aumento de 17% ao longo do ano. Entre os produtos pesquisados destacaram-se a batata, que obteve 40% de aumento, e a carne com 27% de aumento. Já os produtos que fecharam o período em queda foram o café com 9% de queda, e o açúcar com 14%. O preço médio de cada produto, multiplicado pelas quantidades definidas no Decreto Lei n° 399, indica o gasto mensal do trabalhador para obter a cesta básica, que no mês de dezembro chegou a seu maior patamar de R$ 474,94 enquanto o total de horas necessárias para obter a cesta básica ultrapassou 100 h/mês. No decorrer da pesquisa foram realizadas atividades de conhecimento público, entre elas, relatórios mensais enviados para os mercados participantes e a criação de uma parceria com o Procon – RS/Erechim.

Abstract:
With the purpose of assisting workers, regarding issues related to the cost of living and the labor market, the Departamento Intersindical de Estatística e Estudos Socioeconômicos (Inter-Union Department of Statistics and Socioeconomic Studies) (DIEESE) has maintained, since 1959, the National Survey of the Basic Food Basket (PNCBA), which aims to evaluate the price and items of the basic basket. The IFRS, aware of the importance of this topic, developed the monthly survey of the basic food basket in the municipality of Erechim / RS. Fourteen establishments were surveyed and the main results of the survey, carried out between the months of January and December 2019, show that the average price of the basket increased by 17%. Among the products surveyed, we highlight potato with na increase of 40% and meat with 22.32%. The products that ended the period in decline were coffee with a fall of 36.85% and sugar with 25.32%. The average price of each product, multiplied by the quantities defined in Decree Law No. 399, indicates the monthly expense of the worker to obtain the basic basket, which in December reached its highest level of R $ 474.94 while the total of hours needed to obtain the basic basket exceeded 100h / month. During the research, public knowledge activities were carried out, such as monthly reports sent to participating markets and the creation of a partnership with Procon – RS/Erechim.
