ACOLHIMENTO E ASSISTÊNCIA EM OBSTETRÍCIA: REVISÃO NARRATIVA. RECEPTION AND ASSISTANCE IN OBSTETRICS: NARRATIVE REVIEW.
Resumo
Objetivo: compreender as práticas de acolhimento e assistência em obstetrícia, exercidos pela equipe multiprofissional. Método: realizou-se uma revisão da literatura em caráter narrativo, nas bases científicas SCIELO, LILACS, MEDLINE e CINAHL. Incluíram-se estudos teórico-metodológicos, quantitativos ou qualitativos, que analisavam as relações profissionais, a compreensão destas no cuidado e acolhimento e, nos efeitos da ausência/promoção do acolhimento eficaz produzidos na assistência obstétrica, a fim de, responder à questão norteadora “O que a literatura cientifica aponta para o acolhimento de mulheres em obstetrícia?”. Resultados: foram incluídos à revisão, 17 estudos publicados entre os períodos de 2010 e 2020. Conclui-se que a humanização no acolhimento e assistência no ciclo gravídico-puerperal e parto, são essenciais para a construção de um cuidado qualificado, eficaz e respeitoso aos direitos das gestantes/usuárias em saúde e, sob o impacto do acolhimento na promoção, educação em saúde e prevenção de violências obstétricas.

Abstract
Objective: to understand the welcoming and assistance practices in obstetrics, performed by the multiprofessional team. Method: a narrative review of the literature was carried out, based on the scientific bases SCIELO, LILACS, MEDLINE and CINAHL. Theoretical-methodological, quantitative or qualitative studies were included, which analyzed professional relationships, their understanding in care and reception and, in the effects of the absence / promotion of effective reception produced in obstetric care, in order to answer the guiding question “ What does the scientific literature indicate for the reception of women in obstetrics? ”. Results: 17 studies published between 2010 and 2020 were included in the review. It is concluded that humanization in the reception and assistance in the pregnancy-puerperal cycle and childbirth, are essential for the construction of a qualified, effective and respectful care to the rights of pregnant women / users in health and, under the impact of reception in promotion, health education and prevention of obstetric violence.
