ACOLHIMENTO AOS HOMENS NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA - REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA (2011 – 2017)
Discutir o processo de acolhimento
dos homens na Estratégia de Saúde da
Família (ESF) e as suas repercussões sobre a
resolutividade das práticas de cuidado. Tratase
de uma revisão integrativa da literatura entre
2011 e 2017, cujos artigos foram colhidos nas
bases de dados SCIELO, LILACS E MEDLINE.
A análise dos 07 artigos incluídos no estudo
permitiu identificar 4 eixos temáticos relevantes
e categorizá-los em subtópicos na dicotomia de
facilitar ou dificultar o acolhimento aos homens
na ESF. Após quase dez anos do lançamento
da Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à
Saúde do Homem (PNAISH), criada em 2009,
os avanços para este público foram tímidos e
estes não chegaram na prática cotidiana das
unidades de Saúde da Família(USF).

Abstract:
To discuss the process of
welcoming men in the Family Health Strategy
(ESF) and its repercussions on the resolution
of care practices. This is an integrative review
of the literature between 2011 and 2017,
whose articles were collected in the databases
SCIELO, LILACS AND MEDLINE. The analysis
of the 07 articles included in the study allowed
us to identify 4 relevant thematic axes and to
categorize them into subtopics in the dichotomy
of facilitating or hindering the reception of men
in the ESF. After almost ten years of launching
the National Policy on Comprehensive Health
Care for Man (PNAISH), launched in 2009, the
advances for this public were timid and they did
not reach the daily practice of the Family Health
Units (USF).
