Abstract: In our contemporary society, the concern about worker’s mental health issue has become one of the major subjects in the Organizational environment .This work analyse which is the importance of the organizational action and how this can impact in the worker’s engagement. This work tried to focus on the concern of the organizational incentive , such as action for the organization to develop them in an efficient way and how to manage them in a posterior time. The research method adopted was an integrative bibliographic review of the literature, based on searches in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Virtual Health Library (BVS) databases, resulting in the analysis of concepts and results from studies in 10 scientific articles. The literature review pointed out that there is an intimate relation between engagement and organizational actions, in a way that a satisfactory relation results in positive indicators of important organizational points, such as productivity, competition, company’s image, organizational climate, satisfaction and motivation. To analyse this relation helps understanding and visualizing how an organization can uplift the workers engagement and consequently influence in a positive way many important variables in the worker’s health.
