Ações Net-Ativistas na Amazônia Legal: Desafios e Alternativas
A sociedade informacional, segundo Castells (2002), caracteriza-se como a nova forma específica de organização social a partir do emprego de novas tecnologias da informação. O acesso à tecnologia é fundamental para o pleno desenvolvimento dos invidíduos, mas na Amazônia Legal identifica-se elevada exclusão digital e a sua redução é um desafio cuja superação não pode aguardar indefinidamente por políticas públicas de iniciativa exclusiva dos Poderes Executivo e Legislativo. Nesse passo, é preciso identificar os principais desafios que ainda impedem a ação em rede nessa localidade e investigar alternativas para proporcionar aos individuos excluídos as ferramentas necessárias para oportunizar a sua participação em ações net-ativistas.

Abstract:
The information society, according to Castells (2002), is characterized as the new specific form of social organization based on the use of new information technologies. Access to technology is fundamental to the full development of individuals, but in the Legal Amazon, high digital exclusion is identified, and its reduction is a challenge whose overcoming cannot indefinitely await public policies exclusively initiated by the Executive and Legislative Powers. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the main challenges that still hinder network action in this location and investigate alternatives to provide excluded individuals with the necessary tools to enable their participation in net activism actions.
