Ações Inclusivas no Ifes campus Nova Venécia: Intervenção, Desafios e Perspectivas
Este trabalho foi realizado no Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo, campus Nova Venécia, no município de mesmo nome. O principal objetivo analisar as ações inclusivas desenvolvidas na escola que visam garantir condições para o acesso e permanência dos educandos com necessidades educacionais específicas na escola. A análise foi feita a partir e um levantamento a respeito da instituição, dos cursos ofertados, seguido de informações quanto a demanda por alunos com necessidades especiais e posteriormente as intervenções desenvolvidas no âmbito da escola. Constatou-se múltiplos desafios no atendimento aos sujeitos com necessidades específicas, diante da diversidade, complexidade e demanda crescente dos educandos considerados público-alvo da educação especial. Entretanto, a instituição tem implementado ações inclusivas articuladas às parcerias e à formação continuada, na perspectiva do desenvolvimento das potencialidades desses educandos, através da promoção de experiências que, por caminhos diversos e diversificados, voltam-se para metas gerais fundamentais ao seu desenvolvimento.

Abstract:
This work was accomplished at Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo, campus Nova Venécia, in the municipal district of same name. The main objective to analyze the inclusive actions developed at the school that you/they seek to guarantee conditions for the access and the students' permanence with specific education needs in the school. The analysis was made to leave and a rising regarding the institution, of the presented courses, following by information as the demand for students with special needs and later the interventions developed in the extent of the school. It was verified multiple challenges in the service to the subject with specific needs, before the diversity, complexity and the students' considered target audience of the special education growing demand. However, the institution has been implementing articulate inclusive actions to the partnerships and the continuous formation, in the perspective of the development of those students' potentialities, through the promotion of experiences that, for several roads and diversified, they go back to fundamental general goals to his/her development.
