AÇÕES EDUCATIVAS E MULTIPROFISSIONAIS COMO ESTRATÉGIAS DE PROMOÇÃO DE SAÚDE NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA
Introdução: Educação Popular tornou-se solo fértil para diversas práticas cotidianas nos serviços e ações em saúde, as quais revelam o componente interdisciplinar onde se produz cuidado para além do tratamento de enfermidades, sendo um bom exemplo disso a disseminação de informações/ações educativas que visam promover qualidade de vida através da aquisição de saberes voltados para o autocuidado com a saúde. Desse modo, o presente estudo tem por objetivo apresentar a vivência dos Residentes Multiprofissionais em Saúde Coletiva na produção de Educação em Saúde numa Unidade de Saúde da Família (USF), por meio da sala de espera educativa. Materiais e Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência sobre ações de promoção e educação em saúde, ancorado no método qualitativo, de caráter descritivo. Para tal, as ações de Educação em Saúde tiveram como público-alvo gestantes, puérperas e usuários de demanda livre. Como parte das ações desenvolvidas, as palestras foram realizadas com objetividade e clareza, abordando temáticas específicas para cada perfil com a perspectiva de melhorias na saúde a longo prazo. Resultados e Discussão: Ao final das palestras, ocorriam rodas de conversas de forma dinâmica onde os protagonistas se interagiam e esclareciam dúvidas, tornando cada momento rico em experiências e fortalecendo os laços entre população e residentes. Diante disso, percebe-se que uma boa orientação ou um encaminhamento correto nos serviços de saúde podem salvar vidas por propagar o conhecimento para a comunidade e envolvê-la numa responsabilidade compartilhada. Considerações Finais: Evidenciou-se que a participação da equipe multiprofissional de residentes em conjunto com os demais profissionais da USF foi fundamental no desenvolvimento de ações de Educação em Saúde, pois a multiprofissionalidade e a interdisciplinaridade tornaram o processo formativo mais proveitoso, além de ampliar o alcance do direcionamento de informações essenciais para a manutenção da saúde e qualidade de vida da comunidade.

Abstract:
Introduction: Popular Education has become fertile ground for several daily practices in health services and actions, which reveal the interdisciplinary component where care is produced beyond the treatment of diseases, a good example of which is the dissemination of information/actions educational programs that aim to promote quality of life through the acquisition of knowledge aimed at self-care with health. Thus, the present study aims to present the experience of Multiprofessional Residents in Collective Health in the production of Health Education in a Family Health Unit (USF), through the educational waiting room. Materials and Method: This is an experience report on health promotion and education actions, anchored in the qualitative, descriptive method. To this end, the Health Education actions targeted pregnant women, postpartum women and free demand users. As part of the actions developed, the lectures were carried out with objectivity and clarity, addressing specific themes for each profile with the perspective of long-term health improvements. Results and Discussion: At the end of the lectures, conversations took place dynamically where the protagonists interacted and clarified doubts, making each moment rich in experiences and strengthening the bonds between the population and residents. In view of this, it is clear that good guidance or correct referral in health services can save lives by spreading knowledge to the community and involving it in a shared responsibility. Finals Considerations: It was evidenced that the participation of the multiprofessional team of residents together with the other professionals of the USF was fundamental in the development of Health Education actions, since the multiprofessionality and interdisciplinarity made the training process more profitable, in addition to expanding the reach of targeting essential information for the maintenance of the health and quality of life of the community.
