ÁCIDO POLI-L-LÁTICO NO TRATAMENTO DO ENVELHECIMENTO CUTÂNEO: REVISÃO DA LITERATURA
Os sinais do envelhecimento cutâneo tornam-se cada vez mais visíveis e aparentes ao longo do tempo. Quando manifesta-se o desejo de remodelação estrutural da face, é preciso ter uma visão tridimensional. A perda de volume facial está intimamente relacionada à estrutura óssea, e sua recuperação só é possível com a síntese de um novo colágeno. O Ácido Poli-L-Lático (PLLA) é uma substância sintética e biologicamente compatível que é aplicada de forma injetável. Trata-se de um método seguro e imunologicamente inerte que atua de forma bioestimuladora, dependente da resposta do organismo. Seus efeitos não são imediatos, mas graduais, pois vão aparecendo ao longo dos meses e gerando resultados mais duradouros.

Abstract:
The signs of skin aging become increasingly visible and apparent over time. When the desire for face structural remodeling manifests itself, it is necessary to have a three-dimensional view. The loss of facial volume is closely related to the bone structure, and its recovery is only possible with the synthesis of new collagen. Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) is a synthetic and biologically compatible injectable substance. It is a safe and immunologically inert method that acts in a biostimulating way, dependent on the body's response. Its effects are not immediate, but gradual, as they appear over the months and generate more lasting results.
