Abstract: Stroke, currently described as Stroke, is responsible for the second leading cause of death in undeveloped or developing countries. This study aimed to learn about the scientific evidence in patients affected by hemorrhagic stroke and the role of the nursing team in the patient's rehabilitation. This is a literature review. The research took place in March 2019, in the database: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences. From the analysis of the productions, two thematic categories were created: Hemorrhagic Stroke and Nursing in relation to care management to patients with hemorrhagic stroke. The nurse has an important role as an educator for the patient and their families, as they are able to observe the difficulties and doubts experienced by them, who are generally in a difficult situation. Bringing nursing closer to the patient and family can only contribute to restructuring the family's life to care for the disabled person affected by a hemorrhagic stroke.
