ACHADO INCIDENTAL DE TUMOR DE FRANTZ: RELATO DE CASO
RESUMO: O tumor pseudopapilar sólido do pâncreas (Tumor de Frantz) é uma neoplasia rara, com baixa taxa de malignidade e bom prognóstico, que ocorre predominantemente em mulheres jovens. O relato trata de um achado incidental em paciente feminina de 45 anos, que apresentava-se assintomática em relação ao tumor. Foi solicitada tomografia e colangio-ressonância de abdômen, onde foi evidenciada lesão sólido-cística em corpo e cauda pancreática. Uma vez que os marcadores tumorais eram negativos, foi indicada pancreatectomia corpo-caudal por videolaparoscopia. A paciente evoluiu bem no pós-operatório, apresentando fístula de baixo debito no 14º PO, com resolução espontânea no 30º PO.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (Frantz Tumor) is a rare neoplasia of the pancreas, with a low malignancy rate and positive prognosis, that affects predominantly young woman. The present report deals with an incidental finding from a 45 year-old female pacient, who was asymptomatic. An abdominal computerized tomography (CT) and a magnetic resonance cholangiangiography (MRC) were required, which revealed a solid-cystic injury to the pancreatic body and tail. Once all the tumor markers were negative, a distal pancreatectomy by videolaparoscopy was indicated. The pacient recovered greatly after the surgery, presenting a low debit fistula on the 14th day after the surgery and spontaneous healing on the 30th day after the surgery.
