Acesso à Justiça

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a análise dos direitos fundamentais relacionado ao acesso à justiça, desde a evolução histórica de quando o que vigorava a autotutela, posteriormente passando para o Estado como ente responsável para resolver as questões conflituosas, sendo o grande desafio a inclusão de todos os tutelados independente se teriam condições financeiras de arcar com as despesas geradas com a movimentação do judiciário devendo estar integralmente tuteladas. Na pesquisa foi utilizado o método indutivo, a partir de literatura relevante ao tema o presente trabalho também tem a função explicativa ao dissecar e trazer a conhecimento os conceitos apontados pela doutrina referente ao título do trabalho, a saber: acesso à justiça.

  • Abstract: The objective of this work is to analyze the fundamental rights related to access to justice, since the historical evolution of when self-protection was in force, later passing to the State as the entity responsible for resolving conflicting issues, with the great challenge being the inclusion of all wards, regardless of the financial conditions to bear the expenses generated with the delivery of the judiciary, and must be fully protected. In the research, the inductive method was used, based on literature relevant to the topic, this work also has an explanatory function by dissecting and bringing knowledge of the concepts highlighted by the doctrine referring to the title of the work, namely: access to justice.
