ACESSIBILIDADE E IGUALDADE DO ENSINO SUPERIOR A DISTÂNCIA ATRAVÉS DOS POLOS DE APOIO PRESENCIAIS UAB/IES. ACCESSIBILITY AND EQUALITY OF DISTANCE HIGHER EDUCATION THROUGH THE PRESENT SUPPORT POLES UAB/IES.
Resumo:
O presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir a importância da Universidade Aberta do Brasil UAB juntamente com as Instituições de Ensino Superior e a criação de Polos de apoio presenciais, que vem garantindo acessibilidade e igualdade sem distinção de idade e aos que querem fazer um curso de Graduação ou Pós-Graduação. Percorrendo caminho traçado da historia, fundamentação e luta da EAD, para se tornar modalidade de ensino reconhecida pela Lei Diretriz e Base da Educação Nacional LDB 9394/96, bastante comentado por VIDAL e BERSA (2010) sobre a introdução a EAD nos cursos à distância. Observando a iniciativa de Política e desenho do perfil da EAD criada entre Instituições de Ensino Superior IES, Universidade Aberta do Brasil UAB e Ministério da Educação e Cultura MEC. Assunto de LITTO e FORMIGA (2009). Posteriormente a fundação dos Polos de apoio presenciais em consorcio com os Municípios. Uma modalidade que muito envolve Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação TIC, por está ancorado a um ambiente virtual de aprendizagem, o portal do aluno, manuseio de computador e interação por Hipertexto. Ferramentas que induz ao aluno ser autônomo para realizar as atividades em horários e espaço diferentes. Porem a discussão do texto tende a demonstrar a oportunidade de acesso e equidade que a modalidade trás para o interior dos estados. Antes os cursos universitários se limitavam ao Campus das Universidades, onde apenas uma parte da sociedade podia fazer um curso superior, alem da chegada da Universidade Aberta do Brasil ao interior, outra ideologia que muito contribuiu a acessibilidade aos cursos tanto dos jovens egressos do Ensino Médio, quanto trabalhadores de diversas áreas e idade foi o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio ENEM, que por meio de suas notas entram nas instituições Federais e Estaduais tanto presenciais como a distância.

This article aims to discuss the importance of the Open University of Brazil UAB along with higher education institutions and the creation of Centers for classroom support, which is guaranteeing accessibility and equality without distinction of age and who want to undergraduate course or Graduate. Traversing path tracing the history, rationale and fight the EAD, to become teaching modality recognized by Law Directive and Basis of National Education LDB 9394/96, well commented by VIDAL and BERSA (2010) on the introduction of distance education in distance learning courses . Noting the initiative Policy EAD profile design created between Institutions of Higher Education HEI, Open University of UAB Brazil and Ministry of Education and Culture MEC. Subject Litto and ANT (2009). Later the foundation of Polo-face support in consortium with the municipalities. An arrangement that involves a lot ICT Information and Communication Technologies, is anchored by a virtual learning environment, the student portal, computer handling and interaction for Hypertext. Tools that induces the student to be autonomous to carry out the activities at different times and space. However the text of the discussion tends to show the opportunity to access and equity that form back to the interior of the states. Before university courses were limited to the Campus of the University, where only a part of society could go to college, besides the arrival of the Open University of Brazil to the interior, another ideology that contributed much accessibility to courses both young graduates from high school , as workers from different areas and age was the National Examination of Secondary Education ENEM, that through his notes come in both face federal and state institutions such as the distance.
