ACEPÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM SOBRE RESTRIÇÕES E TRATAMENTO DE HEMODIÁLISE
Em decorrência
das restrições e limitações impostas pelo
tratamento, onde o cliente necessita mudar seus
hábitos de vida drasticamente, é imprescindível
que a equipe de Enfermagem esteja atenta a
suas reinvindicações e observe o seu cliente
de maneira holística para que o tratamento
possa passar pelo cuidar e pelo tratar de
maneira a obter resultados positivos. Objetivo:
Compreender as dificuldades relacionadas
as restrições do cotidiano do tratamento de
hemodiálise, na percepção do enfermeiro
para assim, contribuir em sua abordagem na
elaboração dos planos de cuidado para uma
melhora na qualidade de vida. Metodologia:
A metodologia utilizada para elaboração deste
artigo é de ordem qualitativa, o método foi
descritivo e a técnica revisão de literatura.
Conclusão: O profissional de Enfermagem tem
grande importância no processo do tratamento
de hemodiálise, não somente com seus
conhecimentos teóricos e práticos, mas usando
de seu papel de educador para ajudar na
conscientização de suas restrições e atribuições
no tratamento, com fins de prevenir e minimizar
complicações. No entanto é fundamental que a equipe de Enfermagem tenha uma prestação
dos cuidados holísticos com qualidade, afim de
minimizar a desumanização de cuidados

Abstract:
As a result to the
restrictions and limitations imposed by the
treatment, where the client needs to change
his life habits drastically, it is imperative that
the Nursing team is attentive to its claims and
observes its client in a holistic way so that
the treatment can go through the care and
by trying to get positive results. Objective:
understand the difficulties related to the daily
restrictions of hemodialysis treatment, in the
nurses’ perception, in order to contribute to their
approach in the elaboration of care plans for an
improvement in the quality of life. Methodology:
The methodology used to elaborate this article
is qualitative, the method was descriptive and
the technical literature review. Conclusion: the
nursing professional has great importance in
the process of hemodialysis treatment, not only
with his theoretical and practical knowledge,
but using his role of educator to help in the
awareness of his restrictions and attributions in the treatment , for purposes to prevent and minimize complications. However, it is
fundamental that the nursing team has a holistic care delivery with quality, for goal to
minimize the dehumanization of care
