ACEITAÇÃO DE UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO FEDERAL DE ENSINO PELA PERSPECTIVA DO MODELO UTAUT
Novos sistemas de informações podem ser vistos como tecnologias que provocam mudança no ambiente do usuário e essas mudanças muitas vezes não são bem-vindas. Para as instituições de ensino federal, existe um novo sistema que está em implantação chamado Sistema Integrado de Gestão de Atividades Acadêmicas (SIGAA). A aceitação dos usuários do novo sistema é fundamental para o progresso das instituições. O objetivo desse artigo é analisar o SIGAA pela perspectiva dos professores da Fundação Universidade Federal de Rondônia (UNIR) utilizando o modelo Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) como base teórica. Esse estudo é descritivo e foi realizado utilizando de um estudo de campo com aplicação de questionário e pesquisa documental. Conclui-se que o novo sistema é visto como mais eficaz e melhor que o antigo, mas alerta-se na questão de melhorar ou facilitar a utilização do sistema.

Abstract:
New information systems can be seen as technologies that bring about changes in the user's environment and these changes are often not welcome. For federal education institutions, there is a new system that is being implemented called the Integrated Management System for Academic Activities (IMSAA). The acceptance of users of the new system is fundamental to the progress of institutions. The objective of this article is to analyze IMSAA from the perspective of professors at the Federal University of Rondônia Foundation (UNIR) using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model as a theoretical basis. This study is descriptive and was carried out using a field study with the application of a questionnaire and documentary research. It is concluded that the new system is seen as more effective and better than the old, but it warns of the question of improving or facilitating the use of the system.
