AÇÃO DOS ANTIOXIDANTES NO CARCINOMA HEPÁTICO: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DE LITERATURA
O hepatocarcinoma é um câncer no fígado, cuja letalidade humana possui um índice elevado no mundo. Atingindo predominantemente os homens comparado as mulheres e sendo, mais comum em países de baixa renda ou desenvolvimento. Essa patologia está associada a cirrose hepática, além dos vírus da Hepatite B ou C. O objetivo desse trabalho foi realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura das ações dos produtos antioxidantes no hepatocarcinoma, em ensaios in vivo. Ademais, os antioxidantes apresentam uma resposta positiva frente ao quadro cancerígeno.

Abstract:
Hepatocarcinoma is a cancer of the liver, whose human lethality has a high rate in the world. Predominantly reaching men compared to women and being, more common in low-income or developing countries. This pathology is associated with liver cirrhosis, in addition to Hepatitis B or C viruses. The objective of this work was to carry out a systematic review of the literature on the actions of antioxidant products in hepatocarcinoma, in in vivo tests. In addition, antioxidants have a positive response to cancer.
