AÇÃO DE PROTETORES SOLARES NO FOTOENVELHECIMENTO INDUZIDO EM MODELO EXPERIMENTAL
A exposição à radiação solar é fator principal para o desenvolvimento de lesões histológicas da pele. A cronicidade dessa induz à transformações genéticas mutantes e deletérias que levam ao surgimento de diversas lesões nos diferentes níveis dos tecidos desse órgão. O objetivo desse trabalho é avaliar o fator de proteção oferecido por um protetor solar já comercializado, considerando seus efeitos contra a queimadura e alterações na pele induzidas pela radiação UVB.

Abstract:
Exposure to solar radiation is a major factor in the development of histological lesions of the skin. The chronicity of this induces mutant and deleterious genetic transformations that lead to the appearance of several alterations in the different levels of the tissues of this organ. The objective of this work is to evaluate the protection factor offered by an already commercialized sunscreen, considering its effects against sunburn and changes in skin induced by UVB radiation.
