ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT IN HOSPITAL, FROM THE OPINION OF THE UNDERGRADUATE INTERNAL DOCTOR.
Resumo: Objetivo: Identificar a partir da opinião do Médico Interno de Graduação, o ambiente educacional do hospital onde realizou seu rodízio de graduandos durante o ano de 2016-2017. Metodologia: Quantitativa, descritiva, transversal, da qual participa uma amostra de conveniência composta por 452 Médicos Internos de Graduação (IPM), o instrumento utilizado foi uma escala do tipo Likert com três opções de resposta, extraída de Morales e Medina (2007), composto por 28 itens e integrado em quatro dimensões: professor, aluno, avaliação e ambiente pessoal e de trabalho. A autorização foi solicitada aos Diretores da Faculdade de Medicina e o consentimento informado dos participantes. Resultados: Dos 452 IPMs, 47,3% eram homens e 50,4% mulheres, e 10 não responderam. Nos aspectos relacionados à dimensão professor, 69% acreditam que o ambiente educacional é favorável, na dimensão aluno é favorável para 51,5%, na dimensão avaliação é favorável para 63,7% e na dimensão ambiente pessoal e de trabalho é favorável para 67,3%. Conclusão: A opinião dos Médicos Internos da Graduação é que menos de 70% consideram o ambiente acadêmico hospitalar favorável, portanto aprimorá-lo é imprescindível.

Abstract. Objective: To identify, from the opinion of the Undergraduate Intern, the educational environment of the hospital where they made their undergraduate rotation during the 2016-2017 year. Methodology: Quantitative, descriptive, transversal, where a convenience sample consists of 452 Undergraduate Interns (MIP), the instrument used was a Likert scale with three response options, taken from Morales and Medina (2007), formed by 28 items and integrated in four dimensions: teacher, student, evaluation and personal and work environment. Authorization was requested to Directors of the Faculty of Medicine and informed consent to participants. Results: Of the 452 IPMs, 47.3% were men and 50.4% women and 10 did not answer. In the aspects related to the dimension of the teacher, 69% think that the educational environment is favorable, in the dimension of students, it is favorable for 51.5%, in the evaluation dimension, it is favorable for 63.7% and the dimension of personal and work environment, is favorable for 67.3%. Conclusion: The opinion of the Internal Undergraduate Doctors is that less than 70% consider the hospital academic environment favorable, so improving it is imperative.
