ABSENCE OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMIC FRONT TO THE BOOM OF HORIZONTAL HOME BUIDING IN MEXICO
Cuando en México, en el año 2000 por fin se da el cambio de poderes en el gobierno federal, se inicia con un proceso de apoyo en créditos hipotecarios al sector de la vivienda. Esta situación, origina la construcción de viviendas de tipo vertical (edificios para departamentos) y viviendas de tipo horizontal (casas de uno o dos niveles), al mismo tiempo, pronto se agotan los espacios y las posibilidades de continuar construyendo en la Ciudad de México y se inicia la construcción de nuevas ciudades en las zonas cercanas a la ciudad. Ante esto, los desarrolladores de vivienda comienzan a subir los precios para la Ciudad de México y hacer más accesibles los de las cercanías.
En la presente investigación, se analizan los factores que en principio motivaron a las personas a comprar casa fuera de la gran ciudad y que ahora, están propiciando el abandono de las viviendas de tipo horizontal y regresar a la gran ciudad, debido principalmente por la falta de cumplimiento por parte del gobierno, de mejorar el transporte, la seguridad, la creación de empleos, creación de escuelas y hospitales.

Abstract:
When in Mexico, in the year 2000 finally change of powers in the federal Government, it starts with a support process in mortgage credits to the housing sector. This situation originates the vertical home building (departments building) and horizontal home buildings (houses of one or two levels), at the same time, are soon exhausted the spaces and possibilities to continue to build in Mexico City and starts the construction of new cities in areas close to the city. As a result, house developers begin to raise prices for the Mexico City and make more accessible the outskirts.
In this research, discusses factors that originally motivated people to buy home away from the big city and that now, are propitiating to the abandonment the horizontal home buildings and return to the big city, due to the lack of compliances by the Government in improve: transport, security, job creation, creation of schools and hospitals.
