ABORDAGENS SOBRE A CIÊNCIA E OS CIENTISTAS NAS NARRAÇÕES DA SÉRIE DE ANIMAÇÃO “UM CIENTISTA, UMA HISTÓRIA”
Em parceria com o Serviço Social da Indústria (SESI), o Canal Futura desenvolveu um conjunto de animações que retratam a vida e obra de cientistas que viveram no Brasil. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o conteúdo sobre a Ciência e o cientista presente na série de animação “Um Cientista, Uma História”, tomando como fundamentação teórica o campo da História e da Filosofia da Ciência (HFC). Foram analisados 30 episódios dessa série em uma perspectiva qualitativa mediada pela Análise de Conteúdo. Este trabalho discute três categorias, a saber: o perfil e caracterização dos cientistas, o processo de produção do conhecimento científico, a Ciência como atividade social e a contextualização sociopolítica. O material analisado evidencia algumas mulheres pesquisadoras, o contexto familiar dos cientistas, busca mostrar a Ciência como atividade coletiva e promover uma contextualização histórica.

Abstract:
In partnership with the Social Service of Industry (SESI), the Futura Channel developed a set of animations that portray the life and work of scientists who lived in Brazil. The aim of this work is to analyze the content about science and the scientist present in the animated series "Um Cientista, Uma História" [A scientist, a story], taking as theoretical basis the field of History and Philosophy of Science (HPS). Thirty episodes of this series were analyzed in a qualitative perspective mediated by Content Analysis. This work discusses three categories, namely: the profile and the characterization of the scientists, the production process of scientific knowledge, science as a social activity and the sociopolitical contextualization. The analyzed material evidences some women researchers, the scientists' family context, and tries to show Science as a collective activity, besides promoting a historical contextualization.
