ABORDAGEM TÉCNICA SOBRE A VISITAÇÃO DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES: UM ESTUDO REALIZADO NO PRESÍDIO DE MANHUMIRIM/MG
Este estudo reflete sobre os limites e possibilidades da aplicação da Lei nº 12.962 de 2014, que se refere à garantia de convivência familiar de crianças e adolescentes com os seus pais privados de liberdade. Essa pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio da análise de visitação no Presídio de Manhumirim/ Minas Gerais. Optou-se pela aplicação de questionários aos pais e/ou responsáveis pelo acompanhamento de crianças e adolescentes no período de visitação. As categorias abordadas são: concordância com a entrada e com a revista em crianças e adolescentes para visitação na unidade prisional, bem como a viabilidade para a saúde física e mental dos mesmos, a inviolabilidade dos direitos dentro do presídio e a positividade da visita assistida, em relação ao acolhimento e a forma de aceitação da aplicação dessa lei. Obteve-se como resultado: a concepção de que o ambiente prisional pode influenciar no comportamento, na fala e saúde das crianças e dos adolescentes, e ainda que determinados aspectos dividem opiniões de seus familiares. Esse estudo pode contribuir para que o tema em tela seja mais amplamente discutido e pesquisado, contribuindo para efetivação dos direitos explanados no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente.

Abstract:
This study reflects on the limits and possibilities of the application
of Law No. 12,962 of 2014, which refers to the guarantee of family life of
children and adolescents with their parents deprived of their liberty. This
research was developed through the visitation analysis in the Prison of
Manhumirim / Minas Gerais. We chose to apply questionnaires to parents and /
or guardians of children and adolescents during the visitation period. The
categories addressed are: agreement with the entrance and with the journal for
children and adolescents to visit the prison unit, as well as the feasibility for their
physical and mental health, the inviolability of rights within the prison and the
positivity of the assisted visit, in relation to the reception and the form of
acceptance of the application of that law. It was obtained as a result: the
conception that the prison environment can influence the behavior, speech and
health of children and adolescents, and even that certain aspects share the
opinions of their family members. This study can contribute to the theme on
screen being more widely discussed and researched, contributing to the
realization of the rights explained in the Statute of Children and Adolescents.
