ABORDAGEM DA TEMÁTICA GEOCONSERVAÇÃO/PATRIMÔNIO GEOLÓGICO PELO DOCENTE DE GEOGRAFIA NO CONTEXTO EDUCACIONAL BÁSICO
Esta produção científica adotou como objetivo geral analisar a abordagem da temática geoconservação/patrimônio geológico no contexto educacional básico, como percurso metodológico foi adotado o desenho não experimental, de concepção transversal, alcance descritivo, com enfoque qualitativo. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado o questionário semiestruturado, aplicado a uma unidade de análise, sem uso de amostragem, com população de 45 docentes de geografia atuantes na educação básica em escolas públicas e particulares. Foi analisada que a abordagem da temática geoconservação/patrimônio geológico pelo docente de geografia no contexto educacional básico é descontínua, sintética e meramente teórica/informativa motivada pela deficiência de sua formação na temática e agravada em grande parte pela inadequação didática do material pedagógico e ausência de infraestrutura institucional escolar. O que permitiu recomendar uma maior reflexão para uma integração e interação social e intelectual do docente de geografia com os demais profissionais de áreas afins do conhecimento no intuito de dirimir as deficiências da formação na temática pesquisada, bem como novas discussões metodológicas para adequação contextual às realidades dispostas, visando à plenitude e coerência da teoria/realidade/prática/relevância social.

Abstract:
This scientific production adopted like a general objective to analyze the approach of the theme about the geoconservation/geological patrimony in the basic educational context, with a methodological way the non-experimental design was adopted, a cross-sectional, descriptive reach, with a qualitative idea focus. For data collection a semi-structured questionnaire was applied without the use of sampling, with a people of 45 geography teachers working in basic education in public and private school was analysed that the approach of the geoconservation theme by the geography teacher in the basic educational context in discontinuous, synthetic and merely theoretical and informative motivated by the lack of information on the theme and aggravated in a big part by the didactic inadequacy of pedagogical material and the absence of institutional infraestructure.This allowed itself to recommend a bigger reflection for a social integration and intellectual interaction of the geography teacher with other professionals from learning areas in order to reduce the inssufficiences of training in the researched theme, as well as new methodological discussions for contextual adaptation to the avaible realities aiming the fullness coherence of theory/practice /social relevance.
