ABANDONO AFETIVO: SUAS CONSEQUÊNCIAS IRREVERSÍVEIS BEM COMO A APLICAÇÃO DA RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL.
O presente artigo de revisão bibliográfica tem por objeto de estudo o abandono afetivo e seu dano profundo e irreversível, bem como a reparação deste dano com a aplicabilidade da Responsabilidade Civil no Direito das Famílias ressaltando a importância do princípio da afetividade como base estrutural da família contemporânea.
Com fim da família patriarcal, teve início uma nova concepção de família, baseada no vínculo afetivo e o conceito de poder familiar tornou-se sinônimo de proteção e surgiram mais obrigações e deveres a ambos os pais para com seus filhos. Ocorrendo o descumprimento de tais deveres e obrigações e a ausência de algum no tocante ao afeto, surge à responsabilidade civil.
E as alterações na legislação brasileira, onde a Constituição Federal de 1988 adotou uma nova ordem de valores igualou homens e mulheres, dando ênfase ao afeto e priorizando a dignidade da pessoa humana, proibindo qualquer discriminação sobre os filhos seja qual for a sua origem, ressaltando que o princípio da afetividade se torna fundamental no direito das famílias.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to study affective abandonment and its profound and irreversible damage, as well as the reparation of this harm with the applicability of Civil Responsibility in Family Law, highlighting the importance of the affective principle as the structural basis of the contemporary family.With the end of the patriarchal family, a new conception of family began, based on the affective bond and the concept of family power became synonymous with protection, more obligations and duties arose to both parents towards their children. In the event of noncompliance with such duties and obligations and the absence of any concerning affection, it arises from civil liability.
And the changes in Brazilian legislation, where the Federal Constitution of 1988 adopted a new order of values equaled men and women, emphasizing affection and prioritizing the dignity of the human person, prohibiting any discrimination on the children regardless of their origin, emphasizing that the principle of affection becomes fundamental in the law of families.
