A VISÃO DOS ALUNOS, PAIS E PROFESSORES SOBRE A PERMANÊNCIA E ÊXITO NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL INTEGRADA AO ENSINO MÉDIO DO IFG URUAÇU
Vários autores apresentam conceitos de fracasso e sucesso escolar sob diferentes perspectivas, possibilitando refletir sobre as causas internas e externas destes fenômenos e as estratégias de enfrentamento. A presente pesquisa analisa o perfil dos estudantes concluintes da educação técnica integrada ao ensino médio do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás - Câmpus Uruaçu, além da identificação dos principais fatores que contribuíram para a permanência e o êxito destes alunos, sob a visão dos próprios estudantes, dos pais e dos professores. Foi adotado o estudo de caso como estratégia de pesquisa e os procedimentos de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa, a partir da abordagem indutiva. São apresentados os resultados da coleta de dados, realizada através de questionário eletrônico aplicado aos alunos, aos seus pais e professores, no encerramento do ano de 2017. A análise dos indicadores de permanência e êxito apontaram uma preponderância dos aspectos institucionais sobre os individuais e socioculturais/econômicos, aventando sobre a força da qualidade do ensino para o sucesso dos estudantes. Conhecer as características do aluno que permanece e os principais motivos que contribuem para esta decisão pode auxiliar nas estratégias envidadas para que o êxito seja a realidade dos estudantes que ingressam nestas instituições de ensino.

Abstract:
Several authors present concepts of school failure and success from different perspectives, allowing reflecting on the internal and external causes of these phenomena and coping strategies This article presents the profile of the concluding students of the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG) - Câmpus Uruaçu technical education integrated to the high school, as well as the identification of the main factors that contributed to the permanence and success of these students, from the point of view of the students themselves, parents and teachers. The case study was adopted as a research strategy and procedures of qualitative and quantitative nature, based on the inductive approach. The results of the data collection are presented through an electronic questionnaire applied to students of the integrated technical courses in Informatics, Buildings and Chemistry, to their parents and teachers, at the end of 2017. The analysis of the indicators of permanence and success pointed to a preponderance of the institutional aspects over the individual and socio-cultural / economic aspects, highlighting the strength of the quality of teaching for the success of the students. Knowing the characteristics of the student that remains and the main reasons that contribute to this decision can help in the strategies put in place so that the success is the reality of the students who enter these educational institutions
