A VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA PROFESSORES NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR COMO VIOLAÇÃO AOS DIREITOS HUMANOS
A violência é um problema social que tem aumentado ao longo dos anos, atingindo a população e chegando às instituições escolares em diferentes formas. Uma das preocupações no ambiente escolar são ataques, ameaças e desrespeito aos professores e, apesar de projetos e leis de proteção aos direitos humanos, a violação destes ocorre a todo momento, em situações que afetam a dignidade, e no caso dos professores, causam transtornos físicos, psicológicos e por vezes acabam o afastando do trabalho. Esse artigo tem o propósito de discutir a violência contra professores no ambiente escolar e a violação dos direitos humanos com uma revisão bibliográfica através de pesquisas, artigos, documentos, livros sobre o tema, além de leis e da Declaração Universal de Direitos Humanos, diferenciando as formas de violência e como estas se apresentam nas escolas. Constamos que a violência contra professores é frequente e atual, sendo uma questão que deve ser enfrentada, implementando ações para combater violências que se dissipam no ambiente escolar e violam os direitos humanos.

Abstract:
Violence is a social problem, which has increased over the years, reaching the population and reaching the schools one of the preoccupation on the school environment is the violence and disrespect to teachers and despite the projects and laws of humans rigths protection, the violation os this happens all the time, on situations when that affect the dignity, and in the case of teachers cause physical and psychological disorders, and sometimes they end up leaving the teacher away from work. this article aims to discuss the violence against teacher in the school environment and the violation of the human rigths, with a a bibliographic review through articles, documents, books on the subject in addition to laws and the universal declaration of human rights, differentiating the types of violence and how they manifest in schools. we note that violence against teachers is frequent and current, being an question that must be faced, implemented actions to combat violence that dissipates in the school environment what violate human rigths
