Abstract: This paper intends to focus on the analysis of the discourse elaborated by Jair Bolsonaro in his social network Twitter and YouTube, answering the question of how it changes the cultural conception of governability and communication with Brazilian society by the unrestricted use of social networks as main instrument of government and construction of an ultra-conservative imaginary in contemporary Brazil. We will also have as fundamental to analyze the symbolic social relations in the new forms of contemporary communication through social networks; the way in which social networks were used in Brazil to spread ultra-conservative ideas; how the resignification of social networks occurred, with emphasis on Twitter and Youtube during the Bolsonaro government, guaranteeing them a new locus of official communication; how social networks and fake news were used by Bolsonaro to seize and maintain power in the context of ultra-conservative politics; and the new cultural concept that is intended for Brazil in contemporary times with the reflection of communications. It is intended to develop a research through methodological analysis of discourse and netnography (virtual ethnography). In the end, we can conclude that there is an ultra-neoliberal government project behind the speeches made, not necessarily in the sense of a consensus, but in different moments of the conflict.
