A UTILIZAÇÃO DA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM EM UMA UNIDADE DE CUIDADOS ESPECIAIS NEUROLÓGICA SOB A ÓTICA DO ENFERMEIRO
A Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) é uma metodologia científica que organiza toda a instrumentação e operacionalização do processo de enfermagem, proporcionando melhoria imprescindível na qualidade da assistência prestada ao paciente através do planejamento individualizado nas ações de enfermagem elaboradas pelo profissional enfermeiro. Permite sustentar a gestão e o cuidado no processo de enfermagem, garantindo a continuidade e a integralidade do cuidado sistematizado e humanizado com maior segurança da prática assistencial envolvente. Este trabalho tem uma abordagem qualitativa embasado nos resultados da revisão de literatura em bases científicas. Assim, enfatiza-se que o papel do enfermeiro é fundamental desde o desenvolvimento da SAE até implementação e avaliação da sua funcionalidade em uma unidade de cuidados especiais. Este processo oferece ao enfermeiro autonomia; organização; atendimento individual humanizado, qualificado e integralizado; maior segurança, pois os registros garantem respaldo técnico e legal; sendo também relevante para a valorização do profissional enfermeiro, para um atendimento eficaz no emprego da assistência em unidade de cuidados especiais neurológica, assim como para os indivíduos que nela permanecem.

Abstract:
The Nursing Care Systematization (NCS) is a scientific methodology that organizes the entire instrumentation and operationalization of the nursing process, providing some improvement in the quality of care provided to the patient through individualized planning in nursing actions developed by professional nurses. It allows sustaining the management and care in the nursing process, ensuring the continuity and comprehensiveness of systematized and humanized care with greater security in the surrounding care practice. This work has a qualitative approach based on the results of a scientific literature review. Thus, it is emphasized that the role of the nurse is fundamental from the development of the NCS to the implementation and evaluation of its functionality in a special care unit. This process offers nurses autonomy, organization, individual care, humanized, qualified, integrated care, better safety, because the records guarantee technical and legal support. It is also relevant for the valuation of the professional nurse, for an effective service in the use of assistance in a special neurological care unit, as well as for those who remain there.
