A UNIVERSIDADE NA INCLUSÃO E A LEI BRASILEIRA DE INCLUSÃO: O CASO DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO CEARÁ - UFC
Estabelece-se uma análise nas políticas inclusivas estabelecidas pela Universidade Federal do Ceará, dentro de um direcionamento protetivo em busca de preservação de valores a serem implementados, visando a isonomia. O presente trabalho busca analisar a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência na Universidade Federal do Ceará, dentro de uma sistemática em estabelecer uma pesquisa a partir do estudo de caso, portanto, analisando as políticas públicas implementadas pela UFC e a efetivação da Lei Brasileira de Inclusão (LBI).

Abstract:
An analysis is established on the inclusive policies established by the Federal University of Ceará, within a protective direction in search of preservation of values to be implemented, aiming at isonomy. The present work seeks to analyze the inclusion of people with disabilities at the Federal University of Ceará, within a system of establishing research based on the case study, therefore, analyzing the public policies implemented by UFC and the effectiveness of the Brazilian Inclusion Law ( LBI).
