A TERRITORIALIZAÇÃO COMO FERRAMENTA ESTRATÉGICA DA ENFERMAGEM NO CUIDADO INTEGRAL À COMUNIDADE EM UM BAIRRO DE IMPERATRIZ, MARANHÃO

A territorialização constitui-se como uma estratégia essencial na Atenção Primária à Saúde, permitindo compreender as dinâmicas socioterritoriais e reorganizar o cuidado de forma integral. Objetivo: Analisar, sob uma perspectiva teórica, como a enfermagem utiliza a territorialização como ferramenta estratégica para a promoção do cuidado integral à comunidade. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvido a partir de revisão narrativa da literatura científica, com foco em publicações que discutem o papel da enfermagem na territorialização em saúde. Resultados: Evidencia-se que a prática da enfermagem no território favorece o reconhecimento das necessidades sociais, o planejamento de ações em saúde e o fortalecimento do vínculo entre profissionais e usuários, reafirmando o território como espaço vivo de produção do cuidado. Conclusão: O estudo reforça a territorialização como uma dimensão estratégica e indispensável no trabalho da enfermagem, contribuindo para a construção de um cuidado contínuo, equânime e humanizado, em consonância com os princípios do SUS.

  • Abstract: Territorialization is an essential strategy in Primary Health Care, allowing us to understand socio-territorial dynamics and reorganize care in a comprehensive manner. Objective: To analyze, from a theoretical perspective, how nursing uses territorialization as a strategic tool to promote comprehensive care for the community. Methods: This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, developed from a narrative review of the scientific literature, focusing on publications that discuss the role of nursing in territorialization in health. Results: It is evident that the practice of nursing in the territory favors the recognition of social needs, the planning of health actions and the strengthening of the bond between professionals and users, reaffirming the territory as a living space for the production of care. Conclusion: The study reinforces territorialization as a strategic and indispensable dimension in nursing work, contributing to the construction of continuous, equitable and humanized care, in line with the principles of the SUS.
