A TERAPIA FOTODINÂMICA COMO RECURSO TERAPÊUTICO NAS LESÕES DE CANDIDÍASE EM PACIENTE PORTADOR DE LEUCEMIA LINFÓIDE AGUDA
A terapia fotodinâmica apresenta-se como uma boa opção coadjuvante ao tratamento de candidíase oral, sendo uma ação rápida além de ser mais seletiva do que a antibioticoterapia. Este tratamento possui baixo custo, mínimos efeitos colaterais, ausência de ação sistêmica e mostrou ser bem tolerado pelo paciente.

Abstract:
Photodynamic therapy presents itself as a good adjunct option to
the treatment of oral candidiasis, being a quick action in addition to
being more selective than antibiotic therapy. This treatment has low
cost, minimal side effects, no systemic action and has been shown
to be well tolerated by the patient. -
