A TEORIA DO ENSINO DESENVOLVIMENTAL: O PAPEL DO PROFESSOR NA ESTRUTURAÇÃO E APLICAÇÃO DE ATIVIDADES DE ESTUDO
A Teoria do Ensino Desenvolvimental
tem como objetivo principal promover o
desenvolvimento intelectual dos alunos por
meio de atividades de estudo estruturadas de
forma que levem os alunos a estarem ativos no
processo de ensino-aprendizagem, promovendo
a autonomia e construção do conhecimento.
Este trabalho é um recorte do referencial
teórico da dissertação do Mestrado Profissional
em Ensino de Ciências e Matemática do IFG
– Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e
Tecnologia de Goiás – Câmpus Jataí, na linha
de pesquisa Ensino de Matemática. A pesquisa
foi aplicada em 2014 em Caiapônia-GO, aos
alunos do sexto ano nas aulas de Matemática
e traz alguns princípios acerca do papel do
professor nos vários momentos do processo
de ensino-aprendizagem, enfatizando as
características principais da teoria que devem
estar presentes nas atividades de estudo para que a formação de conceitos aconteça e
os alunos consigam se desenvolver para um
novo nível de desenvolvimento intelectual, não
apenas se adaptando ao nível já formado.

Abstract:
The Theory of Developmental
Teaching has as main objective to promote the
intellectual development of students through
structured study activities in a way that will lead
students to be active in the teaching-learning
process, promoting autonomy and knowledge
construction. This work is a cut of the theoretical
reference of the dissertation of the Master ‘s
Degree in Science and Mathematics Teaching of
the IFG - Federal Institute of Education, Science
and Technology of Goiás - Câmpus Jataí, in the
research line Teaching of Mathematics. The
research was applied in 2014 in Caiapônia-GO,
to the students of the sixth year in Mathematics
classes and brings some principles about the
role of the teacher in the various moments of
the teaching-learning process, emphasizing the
main characteristics of the theory that must be present in the study activities so that the formation of concepts happens and students
can develop to a new level of intellectual development, not only adapting to the level
already formed
