A TEORIA DAS NECESSIDADES FUNDAMENTAIS E O PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE COM BLOQUEIO ATRIOVENTRICULAR TOTAL: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O bloqueio atrioventricular é a
dificuldade ou a impossibilidade da condução
de estímulos dos átrios aos ventrículos,
podendo ser de 1º, 2º ou 3º grau, sendo o
último completo ou total. Objetiva-se relatar
a aplicação do processo de enfermagem a
um paciente com bloqueio atrioventricular de
3°grau em um hospital público. Trata-se de uma
pesquisa qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso,
elaborado por acadêmicas em Enfermagem
da Universidade Federal do Piauí. A
Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem
baseou-se na coleta de dados e raciocínio
diagnóstico. Em seguida foram delineados
os resultados a serem atingidos e propôs-se
então as intervenções de enfermagem, para
posteriormente implementá-las e avaliar sua
eficácia. Todo o Processo de enfermagem
foi executado, tendo como referência a teoria
das necessidades fundamentais de Virginia
Henderson, buscando-se interligar seus
pressupostos com a assistência prestada e
utilizaram-se as taxonomias NANDA, NIC e
NOC, respectivamente para diagnósticos,
intervenções e resultados em enfermagem.
O paciente apresentou os seguintes títulos
diagnósticos de enfermagem: Intolerância a
atividade, Fadiga, Debito cardíaco diminuído.
As intervenções de enfermagem, conforme
NIC foram: Cuidados cardíacos: Reabilitação,
Controle do ambiente. Os resultados esperados
segundo NOC foram: Tolerância a atividade,
Efetividade da bomba cardíaca, Cuidados
cardíacos do controle do marca-passo definitivo.
Por ser uma doença rara, o desenvolvimento do
estudo exigiu conhecimento sobre o processo
fisiopatológico, o que ainda é indefinido e
limitado. Ficando assim, a sugestão de mais
estudos que demonstrem a aplicação funcional
da Enfermagem, na prestação de cuidados à
saúde de paciente com bloqueio atrioventricular total.

Abstract:
Atrioventricular block is the difficulty or impossibility of conduction
of atrioventricular stimuli, which may be 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree, the latter being
complete or total. The objective of this study is to report the application of the nursing
process to a patient with a 3rd degree atrioventricular block in a public hospital.
This is a qualitative research of the case study type, prepared by nursing students
of the Federal University of Piauí. The systematization of nursing care was based
on data collection and diagnostic reasoning. The results to be achieved were then
delineated and the nursing interventions were then proposed, in order to implement
them and evaluate their effectiveness. The entire Nursing Process was performed, with
reference to Virginia Henderson’s fundamental needs theory, seeking to interconnect
their assumptions with the assistance provided and used the NANDA, NIC and NOC
taxonomies respectively for diagnoses, interventions and results in nursing. The
patient presented the following nursing diagnosis titles: Activity intolerance, Fatigue,
Decreased cardiac output. The nursing interventions, according to NIC were: Cardiac
care: Rehabilitation, Environmental control. The expected results according to NOC
were: Activity tolerance, Cardiac pump efficiency, Cardiac care of definitive pacemaker
control. Because it is a rare disease, the development of the study required knowledge
about the pathophysiological process, which is still undefined and limited. Thus, the
suggestion of further studies demonstrating the functional application of Nursing in the
health care of patients with total atrioventricular block.
