A TECNOLOGIA E O DIREITO: A UTILIZAÇÃO DO APLICATIVO UBER
Com a evolução tecnológica, a maneira como as pessoas vivem vem sofrendo transformações, que devem ser devidamente introduzidas no sistema jurídico. Esse artigo trata de uma dessas mudanças, que mudou a forma como as pessoas se deslocam: o aplicativo Uber, que se destaca pela sua característica de economia compartilhada, uma novidade do capitalismo moderno. A pesquisa se justifica pela necessidade de adaptação da legislação diante das novas configurações da vida moderna. O objetivo do trabalho é identificar se há legalidade na utilização do aplicativo no Brasil de acordo com a legislação vigente. Foi utilizado o método dedutivo com pesquisa bibliográfica.

Abstract:
With technological developments, the way people live has undergone changes, which must be properly introduced into the legal system. This article is about one of those changes, which changed the way people move: the Uber app, which stands out for its shared economy feature, a novelty of modern capitalism. The research is justified by the need to adapt the legislation to the new configurations of modern life. The objective of the work is to identify if there is legality in the use of the application in Brazil according to the current legislation. The deductive method with bibliographic research was used.
