A SUSPENSÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO CRÍTICA NO ESTADO DE EXCEÇÃO
A importância do esclarecimento das formas pungentes de dominação das classes dominantes se faz necessária em períodos em que a democracia sofre grandes ameaças, mesmo que esteja travestida de legalidade com amparo da lei; sendo a educação um modo de se perpetuar a ideologia autoritária, leis que retirem a criticidade do ato de aprender devem ser consideradas inconstitucionais, pois as mesmas ameaçam o princípio da pluralidade de ideias e liberdade de expressão que são fundamentais em um Estado democrático.

Abstract:
The importance of clarifying the poignant forms of domination of the ruling classes is necessary in times when democracy is under great threats,even if it is disguised as legality under the protection of the law; education being a way of perpetuating authoritarian ideology, laws that remove the criticality of the act of learning must be considered unconstitutional, as they threaten the principle of plurality of ideas and freedom of expression that are fundamental in a democratic state.
