A Subjetividade Comandada e a Justiça Instituída
Começamos nossa exposição a
partir da situação de invisibilidade do rosto e
mostramos a saída desta através da ordem do
infinito. Para tanto, expusemos os três sentidos
que o comando pode adquirir: o sentido do
perdão e da vingança, o da razão impessoal e o
da ordem do infinito. Concluímos que o infinito
como ordem justa, fundada no chamado direito
original e na ressignificação e justificação do
Estado moderno, é uma ordem aberta aos
discursos dos sujeitos.

Abstract:
We began our exposition from the
situation of invisibility of the face and showed the
way out of this through the infinity’s order. For
this, we had exposed the three senses that the
command can acquire: the sense of forgiveness
and revenge, of impersonal reason and of the
infinity’s order. We concluded that the infinity
as a just order, rooted in the so-called original
right and in the resignification and justification
of the modern State, is an order opened to the
subjects’ speeches.
