A SINTONIA ENTRE AS DIMENSÕES PRESENCIAL E VIRTUAL NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DO ENSINO SUPERIOR: ANÁLISE DE UMA EXPERÊNCIA INOVADORA
O presente estudo apresenta uma
experiência que está sendo desenvolvida na
Universidade Veiga de Almeida com estudantes
da disciplina Informática na Educação do
curso de pós-graduação Docência do Ensino
Superior. Pretende contribuir para uma reflexão
acerca do novo momento da educação, uma
vez que, atualmente, existe uma enorme
corrida pelo mundo on-line, não só por parte
das instituições de ensino, como também por
outras organizações públicas e privadas. No
Brasil, diversas instituições estão intensificando
o seu uso, principalmente pela oportunidade
que as novas tecnologias de ensino, com base
na Comunicação Mediada por Computador
(CMC – Computer Mediated Communication),
podem proporcionar. Partindo-se do princípio
de que a convergência entre a educação
presencial e a distância é o caminho para a
educação no futuro, este trabalho apresenta
estratégias para a introdução gradativa dos
recursos da educação a distância. O estudo
está delimitado ao apoio on-line às aulas
presenciais do curso de pós-graduação lato
sensu de formação de professores para o
ensino superior. Foram coletados dados nas
ferramentas do ambiente, sendo analisados a
fim de identificar a percepção dos alunos em
relação ao ambiente virtual e às potencialidades
desse recurso de aprendizagem. Pretendese
assim, trazer alguma contribuição para
os profissionais envolvidos nos cursos de
formação de professores, apresentando novas
perspectivas na estruturação desses cursos,
com a utilização das ferramentas da educação
a distância.

Abstract:
The present study presents an
experience that is being developed at the
University Veiga de Almeida with students
of the discipline Informatics in Education of
the post-graduation course Teaching Higher
Education. It aims to contribute to a reflection
on the new moment of education, since there
is now a huge race through the online world,
not only by educational institutions, but also by
other public and private organizations. In Brazil,
several institutions are intensifying their use,
mainly due to the opportunity that new teaching
technologies, based on Computer Mediated
Communication (CMC), can provide. Assuming
that the convergence between face-to-face and distance education is the way to
education in the future, this paper presents strategies for the gradual introduction of
distance education resources. The study is limited to the on-line support to the faceto-
face classes of the lato sensu postgraduate course of teacher training for higher
education. Data were collected in the tools of the environment, being analyzed in order to
identify the students’ perception regarding the virtual environment and the potentialities
of this learning resource. It is intended, therefore, to bring some contribution to the
professionals involved in the teacher training courses, presenting new perspectives in
the structuring of these courses, using the tools of distance education.
