O presente trabalho é uma reflexão sobre a Separação dos Poderes na Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, que cuida do modelo de organização e separação dos poderes adotados no Brasil através de seus enunciados normativos dado pela Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, analisando a relação do Poder Executivo com os Poderes Legislativo e Judiciário.

The present paper is a reflection on the Power Separation on the 1988´s Brazilian Federal Constitution, which deals with the model of organization and separation of he adopted powers in Brazil through its normative enunciations given bu the 1988´s Brazilian Federal Constitution, analising the relations between Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers.
