A RESSOCIALIZAÇÃO ATRAVÉS DA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇO À COMUNIDADE
O estudo tem como temática a ressocialização de custodiados, através da análise da eficácia da medida restritiva de direito, na prestação de serviços à comunidade. O objeto da pesquisa é a pena restritiva de direito. A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a eficácia da prestação de serviços à comunidade para ressocialização do custodiado. A análise da temática é fundamentada em pesquisas bibliográficas, trazendo para discussão do tema os conceitos sobre as teorias penais, os fundamentos da pena, a classificação, o histórico, as penas restritivas de direito. Para realização do estudo bibliográfico, será utilizado como meios de fonte de pesquisa; informações documentais, artigos, súmulas e jurisprudências. O estudo visa demonstrar que a ressocialização é a maneira eficaz de reintegrar o custodiado ao convívio social, evitando assim sua reincidência no cometimento de novos crimes.

Abstract:
The study has as its theme the resocialization of custodies, through the analysis of the effectiveness of the restrictive measure of law, in the provision of services to the community. The object of the research is the restrictive penalty of law. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of providing services to the community to resocialize the custody. The analysis of the theme is based on bibliographic research, bringing to discussion of the theme the concepts about criminal theories, the foundations of the penalty, the classification, the historic, the restrictive penalties of law. To carry out the bibliographic study, it will be used as a means of research source; documentary information, articles, summations and jurisprudence. The study aims to validate that resocialization is the effective way to reintegrate the custody to social life, thus avoiding its recurrence in the committing of new crimes.
