A RESPONSABILIDADE DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA NO USO E CONTROLE DE AGROTÓXICOS RELACIONADOS ÀS DOENÇAS AGUDAS E CRÔNICAS EM PEQUENOS AGRICULTORES
Este trabalho tem o intuito de refletir acerca do uso excessivo de agrotóxicos atualmente, levando em consideração os malefícios do uso indiscriminado destes produtos. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a relação entre o uso de agrotóxicos e o aparecimento de doenças agudas e crônicas em pessoas que fazem uso de tais produtos e buscar compreender qual o papel da Administração Pública no estímulo ou prevenção no uso e manuseio destas substâncias tóxicas, em específico, os voltados para a agroindústria. O procedimento metodológico aplicado foi o descritivo através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica. Os principais resultados demonstram que algumas doenças recebem maior atenção do que outras e que uma das principais alternativas ao uso destes produtos é a agroecologia.

Abstract:
This work aims to reflect on the excessive use of pesticides today, taking into account the harm caused by the indiscriminate use of these products. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the use of pesticides and the onset of acute and chronic diseases in people who use such products and seek to understand the role of Public Administration in stimulating or preventing the use and handling of these toxic substances, in particular, those aimed at the agroindustry. The methodological procedure applied was descriptive through a bibliographical research. The main results demonstrate that some diseases receive more attention than others and that one of the main alternatives to the use of these products is agroecology
