RESUMO: No contexto atual observa-se a importância de diminuir o estado beligerante em que se encontra a sociedade brasileira, o compliance é uma forma de ajudar as empresas a criar uma cultura organizacional de pertencimento a empresa. Mesmo com sua origem nas instituições bancárias para combater a corrupção o tempo fez com que esta se adapta-se aos mais diversos tipos de negócios, sejam autarquias fundações ou associações com a lei anticorrupção se encontrou uma forma diferenciada de obrigar as organizações a colocarem em prática as características e aspectos trazidos por essa lei, empresas multinacionais já vinham colocando em ação, com essa ampliação pode se entender como isso afetou juridicamente a responsabilidade civil e as negociações empresariais.
