A RESISTÊNCIA DO LUGAR COMUM DO CARNAVAL DE RUA ATRAVÉS DOS BLOCOS NÃO-OFICIAIS
O texto apresenta diversas características do carnaval de rua, do passado e do presente, que se manifestam através dos blocos alternativos ou não oficiais, propondo debater essas demonstrações através de conceitos e concepções geográficas urbanas. Os elementos apresentados vão se desenvolver numa luta permanente dos blocos pelo direito aos espaços públicos para a ocupação cultural, seja através de cortejos ou seja através dos bailes carnavalescos, levando em consideração as relações subjetivas; de identidades, representatividades e significações na construção do lugar comum. Por outro lado, o artigo também analisa as imposições do poder público, ao longo dos últimos anos, na tentativa de impor um controle sobre os blocos de conjunto, oficiais ou não, e as respostas dadas por eles a essas determinações. Por fim, as limitações e contradições inseridas nesses processos de disputas, de mediações e de rupturas.

Abstract:
The text presents several characteristics of street carnival, past and present, which are manifested through alternative or unofficial blocks, proposing to debate these demonstrations through urban geographical concepts and concepts. The elements presented will develop in a permanent struggle by the blocks for the right to public spaces for cultural occupation, either through processions or through carnival balls, taking into account subjective relationships; of identities, representations and meanings in the construction of the common place. On the other hand, the article also analyzes the impositions of the public power, over the last few years, in an attempt to impose a control over the group blocks, official or not, and the answers given by them to these determinations. Finally, the limitations and contradictions inserted in these processes of disputes, mediations and ruptures.
