A RESISTÊNCIA CONTRA A INTENSIFICAÇÃO NO PROCESSO DE ESPOLIAÇÃO TERRITORIAL DOS POVOS KAIOWA E GUARANI E AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS NO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO DO SUL
O presente trabalho traz de
forma sucinta um breve estudo sobre a
problemática territorial da qual os povos
Kaiowa e Guarani vivenciam no Estado de Mato
Grosso do Sul. Serão abordados aspectos
relevantes à expropriação territorial dessas
comunidades que permanecem reivindicando
por demarcações de terras. Através de uma
pesquisa bibliográfica são destacados alguns
elementos que possibilitaram observar os
principais motivos pelos quais ainda se faz
necessária a incessante reivindicação pela real
efetivação de leis asseguradas na Constituição
Federal desde 1988. Conclui-se que apesar
de uma legislação indigenista considerada
avançada, existem ainda sérias dificuldades em
se fazer cumprir os direitos territoriais desses
povos.

Abstract:
this work brings, succinctly, the
study about the territorial problematic lived by
the Kaiowa and Guarani people in Mato Grosso
do Sul State. It will be approached relevant
aspects of the territorial expropriation of these
communities that continue claiming their
lands demarcations. Through a bibliographical
research are highlighted some elements which
enable the observation of the main reasons why
it stills necessary the unstoppable claim for the
effectiveness of the laws assured in the Federal
Constitution from 1988. It is concluded that, in
spite of an indigenous legislation be considered
advanced, there are serious difficulties to
implement the territorial rights of these people.
