A REORIENTAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE NO CUIDADO DA MULHER NO CICLO GRAVÍDICO-PUERPERAL NA PERSPECTIVA DA PROMOÇÃO DA SÁUDE: FERRAMENTAS PARA POTENCIALIZAR A CAPACIDADE DE ESCUTA DA MULHER E DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE
O artigo apresentado trata da
importância da reorientação dos serviços de
saúde, no atendimento da mulher no ciclo
gravídico-puerperal, a luz da promoção saúde,
objetivando assim a revisão das práticas
em saúde no contexto do Sistema Único de
Saúde (SUS). Sabe-se que os avanços do
SUS permitiram algumas reflexões importantes
para a consolidação de um acesso universal e
igualitário, porém muitos são os embates diante
das fragilidades e dificuldades de efetivação
do SUS, visto que vivemos continuamente
a precarização dos serviços públicos.
Assim, diante desses impasses verifica-se a
necessidade de envolver os profissionais no
movimento de repensar a pratica, permitindo
assim, a consolidação de valores do SUS e
ainda um atendimento que reconheça o usuário
como ser integral. A metodologia do artigo
conta com um levantamento bibliográfico sobre
o tema. Sendo assim, as reflexões trazidas por
esse artigo nos possibilitam construir um novo
olhar para esse público, reconhecendo os como
ser integral que precisar ser escutado.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the
importance of the reorientation of health
services, in the care of women in the pregnancypuerperal
cycle, in the light of health promotion,
aiming at the review of health practices in the
context of the Unified Health System (SUS). It
is well known that the SUS’s advances allowed
some important reflections to consolidate a
universal and egalitarian access, but many are
the clashes against the frailties and difficulties
of realizing the SUS, since we are constantly
experiencing the precariousness of public
services. Thus, faced with these impasses,
there is a need to involve professionals in the
movement to rethink practice, thus allowing
the consolidation of SUS values and a service
that recognizes the user as an integral being.
The methodology of the article counts on a
bibliographical survey on the subject. Thus, the
reflections brought by this article allow us to construct a new look for this audience,
recognizing them as an integral being that needs to be listened to.
