A RELEVÂNCIA DO CUIDADO HUMANIZADO EM CIRURGIAS CESARIANAS: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Introdução: A cesariana é uma
intervenção cirúrgica que consiste na retirada
do feto da cavidade uterina por via abdominal.
Dentre as indicações de cesáreas, destacamse
as síndromes hipertensivas graves. Se uma
mulher encontra-se na condição de realizar
a cesariana, esse procedimento deve ser
realizado de forma segura e humanizada.
Objetivo: Relatar a vivência de acadêmicas
de Enfermagem da Universidade Federal do
Pará, durante o semi-internato de Enfermagem
Obstétrica e Pediátrica, sobre a observação da
realização da Cirurgia Cesariana. Descrição
da Experiência: A paciente teve indicação de
cesariana, um dia após a admissão, devido
a Iminência de Eclâmpsia e Apresentação
Pélvica do Feto. Não foi observada a realização
do protocolo de cirurgia segura, que inclui a
visita pré anestésica e o checklist da equipe
multidisciplinar, que antecede o processo
da cirurgia para esclarecer à paciente como
aconteceria o procedimento, sendo dada as
principais orientações de pré e pós-operatório
pelas acadêmicas de enfermagem frente a
preparação da parturiente ao centro obstétrico.
Resultados: No parto cesariano em questão
foi observado um deficit na assistência
prestada, pois não houve comunicação efetiva
entre a equipe de saúde e a parturiente e
sua família, onde esta não estava informada
sobre os procedimentos aos quais iria passar.
Considerações finais: Tendo em vista que o
profissional enfermeiro deve realizar o cuidado
de forma integral, ele tem função fundamental
em ajudar a transformar o ambiente hospitalar
em um lugar acolhedor e prestador de uma
assistência humanizada.

Abstract:
Introduction: The Caesarean
section is a surgical intervention that consists in
the removal of the fetus from the uterine cavity
by the abdominal route. Among the indications
for cesarean sections, we highlight the severe
hypertensive syndromes. If a woman is in the
condition of performing the cesarean section,
this procedure must be performed in a safe and humane way. Objective: To report the
experience of academics of nursing at the Federal University of Pará, during the semiboarding
school of obstetric and pediatric nursing, on the observation of Cesarean
surgery. Description of the Experience: The patient had an indication for cesarean
section, a day after admission, due to the imminence of preeclampsia and breech
presentation of the fetus. It was not observed the implementation of the protocol of safe
surgery, that includes the pre-anesthetic visit and the checklist of the multidisciplinary
team, which introduces the surgery process to clarify to the patient how the procudere
would happen, being given the main orientations of pre and post-operative by the
nursing academics preparation of the parturient to the obstetric center. Results: In the
cesarean delivery in question, there was a deficit in the care given, since there was no
effective communication between the health team and the woman and her family, where
she was not informed about the procedures to be followed. Final Considerations: in view
of the fact that the nurse must perform the care of integral form, it has a fundamental
role in helping to transform the hospital environment in a cozy place and provider of a
humanized.
