A RELAÇÃO TERAPÊUTICA AOS OLHOS DA ABORDAGEM CENTRADA NA PESSOA
O estudo buscou analisar uma intervenção psicológica ao longo do processo psicoterapêutico, a partir da percepção da estagiária e o desenvolvimento do jeito de ser psicoterapeuta. Contemplou-se o crescimento e o movimento da cliente e da psicoterapeuta, ambos em direção a evolução e flexibilidade humana, conquistadas por meio da relação horizontal, praticadas durante a relação terapêutica. As sessões permitiram um espaço acolhedor, de escuta, em busca da congruência, com aporte das atitudes facilitadoras da teoria de Rogers, facilitadas pela psicoterapeuta. O método aplicado se demarcara em uma das clientes atendidas pela estagiária, analisando o processo de psicoterapia, conteúdos emergidos e desenvolvimento dos atendimentos realizados. Assim, de acordo com as análises das sessões e leituras e observações dos registros documentais, observou-se que a cliente apresentou evoluções, reconhecendo potencialidades que puderam ser fortalecidas durante o processo de psicoterapia e segue em busca de novas percepções sobre si.

Abstract:
The study sought to analyze a psychological intervention throughout the psychotherapeutic process, based on the trainee's perception and the development of the way of being a psychotherapist. The growth and movement of the client and the psychotherapist were contemplated, both towards human evolution and flexibility, achieved through the horizontal relationship, practiced during the therapeutic relationship. The sessions allowed for a welcoming space, for listening, in search of congruence, with the contribution of the facilitating attitudes of Rogers' theory, facilitated by the psychotherapist. The method applied was demarcated in one of the clients attended by the intern, analyzing the psychotherapy process, emerging contents and development of the services performed. Thus, according to the analysis of the sessions and readings and observations of the documentary records, it was observed that the client presented evolutions, recognizing potentialities that could be strengthened during the psychotherapy process and continues in search of new perceptions about herself.
